One a Day

So my book Thinblade has been on Amazon’s Kindle store for a little over a month now and I’m selling about one a day without any advertising and very little marketing. Not bad for the first month, although certainly not the kind of numbers I’m looking for.

I’m about a month or so away from releasing the second book in the series titled Sovereign Stone.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the 3 books of the series and would like to know when I can read book 4…. I am left wanting more …..!!!

  3. Mike Forness says:

How many books are you planning for this series? It seems like 7 might be a good number since it’s about the 7 Isles. I hope you don’t get carried away like some writers (Terry Goodkind, Robert Jordan), and make this into a seemingly never ending saga. Anyway, good reading so far. Looking forward to the next book, and ultimately the end to the story.

Wow, I’m loving your books. I cant wait to see more writing from you! I’m going to do some independent advertising to some friends to help your sales if I can.

You really need to have an author’s page in amazon. Your writing is amazing – I love epic fantasy but very few have actually made my heart pound in my ears while trying not to flip forward several pages to make sure everyone is alright.

This is fast becoming one of my favorite series of all time. when is the next installment coming?

Looking for book 5 in the series – loved every minute of the first 4 – great story line. Can hardly wait for the book after “Blood Of The Earth” any idea when you will publish that one??

I started reading Thinblade and 5 days later I finished reading Mindbender. I have so much running through my mind. You have created an epic saga that truly exist. I live to read. I read on two levels, the actual story is but one level for me. The one that your soul taps into. The second level is the rational mind, which for me taps into the work and effort that was needed to create this. I am able to visualize and comprehend the staggering amount of work that went into this. You have managed to captivate both levels.
The last post on your website is 16 July 2011. It concerns me. May I be so bold (and maybe intruding) as to ask as to let me know how you are doing?
    Your Sincerely,
    Rhoda York

When is book five coming out? I cannot find any information about the next book, and I just finished blood of the earth. How can there be such a cliffhanger and yet there be no information about the next book! I’m dying here! Any news would be hungrily devoured, and then appreciated. 🙂

I picked up Thinblade on a lark. I wasn’t thrilled by the description, but it had received good reviews and it was only $3 (I think). I was out of things to read, and I just couldn’t abide that. I’m so glad that I gave Thinblade a chance! After reading a few chapters, I went ahead and bought the next three (I would have bought them all if they were written yet.) The Sovereign Stone was ever better than Thinblade! Several times while reading Mindbender I literally couldn’t put it down. I just started reading Blood of the Earth. I’m sure it will be every bit as good as the others. I wish I could drag it out long enough for the fifth book to be released, but I know that’s months away. Keep up the good work. I can’t wait to read the rest of your work and the rest of Alexander’s story. In case no one has brought this up, the world of the Seven Isles is perfect for a role playing game. (just sayin) Thanks again for the great entertainment.

Love the books – feel I may have to wait a while for book 7?

  17. Brent Haines says:

I was skeptical purchasing a book that was so I expensive. Really did not think Thinblade could be any good, but I had read everything on my list and was waiting for some releases. So why not…Wow!!! The best find of the year for me! Loved the book and loved the series!

Cannot wait for book seven. Please tell me you spare busy working on it. Truly love your work.

I am going to be introducing my so. To your books as spoons as he finishes his next book report for school. He will love them.

    Please write on…

    Brent
